Prices are per seat per month in USD, billed monthly or yearly. A seat is a team member; a plan bills for its seat minimum or the number of members, whichever is larger. Credits are granted monthly on every plan. Tiers differ only in price, credits, export allowance and seat minimum; nothing in the product is held back by tier.
Top-ups are for paid plans. They are spent before your plan credits and expire at the end of the monthly cycle you bought them in.
The rate card, in full, so the bill is never a surprise.
Charged once per person for the whole team, whether you reveal it on screen or export it. Seeing it again later is free.
If no address comes back, nothing is charged.
Some domains accept mail for any address, so no mailbox can be confirmed there. You still get our best guess, labelled unconfirmed, and it costs nothing. A credit buys an address the mail server confirms.
Filters, counts, lists, phone, address, industry and size never cost a credit on any plan.
Each person you export costs a credit the first time they leave Kotka. Every exported row, company rows included, also counts against your plan’s monthly export allowance. Reading is free up to 2,000 search results a person a day on Free and 20,000 on paid plans.

On monthly and yearly plans alike, since credits are granted monthly on both. While your subscription is active, the grant fills the balance up to the ceiling, or waits until it drops below. Plan credits expire when a cancelled subscription’s paid period ends. Purchased credits are spent first, sit outside that ceiling, and expire at the end of the monthly cycle they were bought in.
